ASO Specialist


We’re IDZ Digital, and we’re looking for a digital marketer who’s part data-geek, part creative, and 100% performance-driven. Whether you live in Meta Ads, swear by Google UAC, or treat ASO like a science, this is where you’ll get the freedom (and tools) to experiment, learn, and scale what works.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Own paid ad campaigns end-to-end — plan, execute, optimize, and repeat.
  • Optimize app visibility with ASO strategies (keywords, visuals, testing).
  • Dig into analytics and attribution data to guide decisions
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to craft killer funnels.
  • Constantly pitch and run your own growth experiments.

You Should Apply If You:

  • Have 1–3 years experience in Paid Ads (Meta/Google/UAC) or ASO.
  • Know how to balance data + creative thinking.
  • Can handle real responsibility from day one.
