What You’ll Actually Do
-  Own paid ad campaigns end-to-end — plan, execute, optimize, and repeat.
  
-  Optimize app visibility with ASO strategies (keywords, visuals, testing).
  
-  Dig into analytics and attribution data to guide decisions
  
-  Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to craft killer funnels.
  
-  Constantly pitch and run your own growth experiments.
 
You Should Apply If You:
-  Have 1–3 years experience in Paid Ads (Meta/Google/UAC) or ASO.
  
-  Know how to balance data + creative thinking.
  
-  Can handle real responsibility from day one.
