Executive Assistant to Founder/CEO


Job Duties

  • Keep track of the projects. Talk to the TLs daily about the deadlines.
  • Keep following up with the teams about the works like hiring, etc.
  • Check if the people are making the GDDs properly.
  • Follow up about the tasks I allocate to people.
  • Keep track of new apps being uploaded and inform me about it?
  • App testing.
  • Scheduling weekly meetings with all TLs so that we can motivate them.
  • Schedule monthly meeting with entire team.
  • Noting the points in a meeting and following up about them. Take minutes during meetings.
  • Managing executive calendars and set up meetings
  • Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff. Follows up for results.
